The Astana Open 2022 is heating up as the week goes on, with a slew of big players competing in the Round of 32 and Round of 16.

Despite being seeded fourth, Novak Djokovic is the main attraction today. This evening, he will face unseeded ace Cristian Garin in an R32 match on Centre Court.

The highest-ranked player in action today is No.3 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas, who faces talented qualifier, Luca Nardi, in the Round of 16.

Tennis fans around the world will be watching to see how players finish 2022, with a number of tournaments taking place between now and the ATP Finals in November.

The men’s ATP rankings are in such upheaval for the first time in a generation, thanks to Roger Federer’s retirement, Andy Murray’s decline, and Djokovic’s difficult 2022, that every point is sacrosanct at this time of year.
