As of 2021, no other races are scheduled to occur on the same weekend as the Belgian Grand Prix. However, this is subject to change as the Formula One calendar is often revised during the season.

The 2022 Belgian Grand Prix is a Formula One motor race scheduled on 28 August 2022 at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Stavelot, Belgium. The race will be the seventeenth round of the 2022 Formula One World Championship, marking the ninety-second running of the Belgian Grand Prix and the eighty-sixth time that the event has been held at Spa. It will also be the first Belgian Grand Prix held in August since 1972. Lewis Hamilton is the defending race winner after winning for Mercedes in 2020.
This year’s edition of the Belgian Grand Prix is set to take place on the 4th Sunday of August at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps – located in Stavelot, Belgium. The race has been a regular fixture on the Formula 1 calendar since 1950 and is widely considered one of the circuit’s most challenging and exciting races.
Lewis Hamilton is the defending race winner after winning for Mercedes in 2020. The seven-time world champion will be looking to extend his lead at the top of the standings and continue his charge towards an eighth title. Hamilton has won four of the last six Belgian Grands Prix, including the previous two. He will be looking to make it three in a row this year and cement his status as one of the most significant drivers in Formula 1 history.
Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc will also be one to watch this year. The young Frenchman has been in superb form this season and hopes to continue his momentum at Spa. Leclerc took his maiden Formula 1 victory at the Belgian Grand Prix last year and will be looking to repeat the feat in 2022.
Other drivers to keep an eye on including Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, who is always a threat at Spa, and McLaren’s Lando Norris, who has impressed so far this season.
