On Sunday, Novak Djokovic and Casper Ruud will face off in the 2022 ATP Finals title match.

Djokovic defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas, Andrey Rublev, and Daniil Medvedev to remain unbeaten in the group stage. He overcame Taylor Fritz 7-6 (5), 7-6 (8) in the semifinals to reach his eighth final. He is aiming for a record-tying sixth title, putting him on par with Roger Federer.

It will also make him the oldest ATP Finals champion in history. This is the Serb’s first final here since 2018, with the previous time he held the winner’s trophy being in 2015.

In other words, Rafael Nadal will be the favourite in Turin, but his participation is in question because he is still in peak physical condition.

But he is currently in the draw among players like Stefanos Tsitsipas, Casper Ruud, Daniil Medvedev, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Andrey Rublev, Novak Djokovic, and Taylor Fritz.

Match Format: * Round-Robin Main Event Games will take place between November 13 and the 18th, starting on a Sunday. The time for the afternoon session is 11:30 (doubles) / 2:00 (singles) (singles). Sessions in the evening should begin by 6:30 p.m. (doubles) and by 9:00 p.m. (singles).
* Semifinals will take place on November 19. Matches in the afternoon begin at 11:30 a.m. (doubles) and 2 p.m. (singles). The evening session should begin by 6:30 p.m. (doubles) and by 9 p.m. (singles).
Sunday, November 20, is the last day. The singles and doubles finals will begin at 4 and 7, respectively.
