In 2022, who was the greatest football player in the world? With the FIFA The Best honours scheduled to be presented in February, we will soon find out. Many players will believe they performed well enough to deserve recognition after the nominees for each category were revealed.

Along with the Puskas Award, which honours the best goal scored in the previous calendar year, awards for the best coaches, goalkeepers, and supporters will also be handed out.

The Best FIFA Football Awards are rapidly approaching, and celebrities from all over the world are vying for recognition in a number of prestigious categories.

Three outstanding candidates have emerged from among the players who stood out during the pertinent qualifying times across seven categories, and choices will be made for the FIFA FIFPRO Men’s and Women’s World 11s. The FIFA Fan Award will be given to one of three supporters or fandoms, and the FIFA Fair Play Award winner will also be revealed.

The Best FIFA Football Awards will take place for the seventh time this year since they first began in 2016, and past winners include Lionel Messi, Manuel Neuer, and Megan Rapinoe.
