The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, which has brought money and cowboys to Las Vegas since 1985, is returning for a 10-day run.

The rodeo begins Thursday at the Thomas & Mack Center, with athletes from all over the world competing in steer wrestling, bull riding, barrel racing, and other events. In Las Vegas, the NFR has sold out over 340 consecutive performances.

The competition payout for this year’s rodeo is $10.9 million, a new high for the NFR.

The National Finals Rodeo 2022 has returned to Las Vegas! When we talk about the National Finals Rodeo 2022, we refer to an annual National Finals Rodeo event. The NFR will return to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2022. After a year at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, the ’21 version will return to the Thomas & Mack Center near the Strip in Las Vegas. The 10-night rodeo extravaganza will begin on Thursday, December 1st, 2022. The 2022 National Finals Rodeo will conclude on Saturday, December 10th.

At 5:45 p.m., all performances begin. According to an NFR news release, the rodeo drew 169,539 spectators over 10 days last year.

When and where will the National Finals Rodeo 2022 take place?

The Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, will host all of the NFR’s main events. This venue, usually home to the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels basketball team, can seat up to 19,522 people, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 30th, at High Noon.

What channel will the National Finals Rodeo be broadcast on?

The Cowboy Channel is the PRCA and Wrangler NFR 2022’s official media partner. The NFR will not be shown on any other TV network during the 10-day period due to an exclusive agreement between the network and the PRCA.

How to Watch National Finals Rodeo 2022 Live Stream Online

The Wrangler NFR is a 10-day event that includes Cowboy Christmas and the PRCA National Convention. Nightly Buckle Presentations, Benny Binion’s World Famous Wrangler NFR Bucking Horse Sale, the PRCA Awards Banquet and Gala, the Pro Rodeo League of Women Style Show, and Luncheon are also on the agenda. The Cowboy Channel will cover all acts live and will be aired on RFD-TV. Beginning in 2020, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) will be broadcast on The Cowboy Channel (TCC) and RFD-TV. The PRCA on Cowboy Channel Plus app will also stream the performances. Users of the Cowboy Channel Plus app can watch live and recorded PRCA events.

Wrangler National Finals Rodeo 2022 Preview:

The Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center for those interested in purchasing cowboy attire. Over 350 exhibitors sell western wear, furniture, and art at the convention, which begins Thursday and runs for ten days. The gift show is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is free.

During the rodeo, you can also visit the Roper Cowboy Marketplace at Mandalay Bay, the Cinch Western Gift Show at South Point, the Downtown Christmas Expo at the Plaza, and the Stetson Country Christmas at the Rio.

South Point is home to several NFR events, including the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association’s National Convention on Wednesday and Miss Rodeo America competitions.

The Plaza will host the Barrel Racing Championships, the U.S. Shootout Finals, and the Diamonds in the Desert Premier Horse Sale.
