In 2023, the AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs will take on the NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl 2023, which will be played on Sunday, February 12, instead of the usual second Sunday in the month. State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona is the site of the game (the stadium will host its third Super Bowl and first since 2015). Fox will air Super Bowl 2023 at 6:30 p.m.

The league has never before selected a Super Bowl host city without a bidding process. Each game has a single host city chosen by the NFL, and that city submits a bid to host the game during the league’s meetings.

Chiefs and Eagles as a potential clash on Super Bowl 2023

Chiefs worry that Patrick Mahomes’ ankle won’t heal in time, especially since he’s been training in ski boots. His radios had been damaged as well. Meanwhile, the Eagles present a formidable challenge for Kansas City. Philadelphia is fielding a different underdog club than that shocked the NFL by winning the championship five years ago.

This team is a well-oiled machine, featuring the league’s top offensive line and a ferocious defensive front that recorded 70 sacks. Philadelphia’s defence, especially in the back, is quite strong. The Eagles create massive openings for the running game, allowing Jalen Hurts to pick apart defenders from afar.

Chris Jones, a wrecking ball on the defensive line for the Chiefs, is a cause for concern for the Eagles. He’ll cause issues for any offensive line, including Philadelphia’s. Even while in pain, Mahomes remains unmistakably Mahomes. A magician, that’s what he is. If given enough time, Andy Reid is the best game-planner in the league, but he’s lost two Super Bowls against Tom Brady’s Patriots despite this.

With three Super Bowl appearances in the last four years, the Chiefs have gained invaluable experience. It’s not easy for a defence to contain Travis Kelce, who has enjoyed another outstanding season. On the other hand, if the Eagles play up to their potential, they will be nearly impossible to beat.
