Chargers seize Brenden Rice, son of Jerry Rice, in seventh spherical of draft

Brenden Rice, son of Corridor of Famer Jerry Rice, is about to carve his personal path as an NFL large receiver — and he’ll accomplish that with star quarterback Justin Herbert throwing him the ball.

The Los Angeles Chargers drafted Rice out of USC within the seventh spherical with the 225th general decide on Saturday.
