Lou DiBella, a member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame, will host the event.

Booth has won six of his previous seven fights, knocking out his opponents five times. Co-featured on the card will be a heavyweight bout between Stephan “Big Shot” Shaw (17-0, 13 KOs), who DiBella Entertainment and Top Rank represent, respectively, and Rydell Booker (26-6-1, 13 KOs).
