This coming Thursday, two super middleweight belts will be at stake. Christian Mbilli vs Carlos Gongora will face each other at this Thursday in Montreal.
The major event, which will be streamed live on March 23 from Montreal Casino in Montreal, Canada, features knockout performer Christian Mbilli and two-time Ecuadorian Olympian Carlos Gongora. The super middleweight fight is set to go the distance, with both fighters giving it their all over the course of 10 rounds.

Christian Mbilli of France, defending his WBA International and WBC Continental Americas titles at 168 pounds, will meet Carlos Gongora of Ecuador.

Mbilli defeated Vaughn Alexander via majority decision in their last fight, which took place in December 2022.

In August, Gongora faced Oscar Riojas, and he won a TKO victory.

The Casino de Montréal will host “Eye of the Tiger” on March 23. Main event fighter Christian Mbilli (23-0, 20 KOs) is defending his championship against Carlos Gongora, a heavyweight from Ecuador. (21-1, 16 KOs).

At 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, the game will be broadcast simultaneously on the Punching Grace network and ESPN+ in the United States.

Long-awaited by both boxers, the semi-final bout pits Trois-Rivières local Simon Kean (22-1, 21 KOs) against 6′ 6″ experienced Eric Molina (29-8, 21 KOs). Molina is a seasoned heavyweight striker, having competed in world title bouts against some of the best heavyweights like Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.

Kean believes that his match with Eric Molina will be the catalyst that propels him to the top of the boxing world.

In the wake of her devastating defeat to Femke Hermans, Mary Spencer (7-1, 5 KOs) has been working harder than ever to achieve her dream of becoming a world champion. Ogleidis Suarez, a seasoned fighter with a 30-5-1 record and 14 knockouts (KOs), will be her opponent in her ninth professional bout. Suarez is no novice to Québec, having faced Marie-Vé Dicaire in 2019 for the IBF championship.

Rafael Guzman Lugo (26-2-2, 16 KOs) will face Steve “The Dragon” Claggett (33-7-2, 23 KOs) in a 10-round bout. The battle is pivotal for the Alberta product, which has its sights set on a title bout in 2023.

A few weeks ago, EOTTM revealed that they had signed Colombian fighter Jhon Orobio, who was trained by Marc Ramsay. Orobio won a bronze medal at the 2021 World Amateur Championship in Belgrade, capping an outstanding amateur career on the world stage.

As a resident of Temiscouata, Lela Beaudoin (8-0, 1 KO) made history that year, breaking into the top 10 of the world rankings for her weight class and ultimately placing ninth in the WBA rankings. In her first eight-round bout, she will take on Laura Avendano Mondragon of Mexico, who is also unbeaten at 6-0 with two knockouts. On the undercard, Luis Santana (unbeaten, 8 KOs) will battle Francisco Arturo Ramirez Martinez (3-2, 1 KO). (11-4, 6 KOs).
